First impressions matter. The office staff is lovely and efficient. My case is very complex. There have been times I was uncomfortable asking a dentist so many questions for fear it would insult their ego. Dr.Chasolen answered all of my questions thoroughly and pleasantly. He remained very opened to all questions concerning my case. He is intelligent and kind. Following that interview I felt a burden was lifted. I felt I was heard. That is very important to patients facing a case as complicated as mine.

Dr Chasolen is the best dentist, especially for complex cases. Great bedside manner too. He started with conservative options to see if they would help my situation. Then, he said if that doesn’t work, we would consider some more involved treatments. I have total confidence in him and his staff. He definitely was NOT trying to upsell me. .

I had a bit of an emergency, and as a non-resident snowbird, I wasn’t sure what to do. I called my prosthodontist in Columbus OH, and he referred me to Dr. Chasolen who he had a professional relationship with. I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome. Dr. Chasolen and staff were able to work me in that very day. The attention, care, and treatment administered to me was above and beyond for anyone, but especially for someone who is not a regular patient of the practice. I can’t thank Dr. Chasolen and his staff enough for the care I received, and the fantastic outcome. I would highly recommend Dr. Chasolen to anyone in need of prosthodontic care.

While on vacation with my husband in Sarasota, Florida my front tooth unexpectedly chipped. It was quite noticeable. Dr. Chasolen’s office was recommended by my Dental Office in Massachusetts. I called immediately and found the office staff to be very friendly and sympathetic to my situation. Somehow they were able to squeeze me in that day. Dr. Chasolen was extremely friendly, and professional and I felt relaxed and comfortable in his office while he worked on my tooth. His expertise at repairing my tooth was excellent and I am happy to report I will now be able to smile for the duration of my vacation!

After having a most unfavorable experience with a prior dentist, I have been referred to Dr. Chasolen to repair and restore the irreparable damage caused by incompetency and practicing out of scope of a former dental practice. Dr. Chasolen is more than experienced, confident, and competent. I have every trust in him, he already has show kindness, empathy, and genuine concern for my unfortunate experience. I now realize I am in the best possible hands and receiving the highest standard of his professional care. I would highly recommend Dr Chasolen for his dedication to the art and practice of dentistry and more over, his dedication to you, his patient.
